ingredients:
1............................ 1 Kg chicken
2............................1/4 yogurt
3............................salt 1 tab
4............................red chili 1 tab
5............................ soyasos 2 tab
6............................bassen 1/4 Kg
Method :
put all spice in the pot then cook until all water dry.mix bassen with water and make past if it also mix 2 pinch of salt. put the chicken pieces in the better .after coating the better then deep fry. it will ready when color become golden brown.
